1. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability, and other information. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur.
Product colors and appearance may also vary slightly due to photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, and individual device or screen settings.
ZIN9™ reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, modify or discontinue products, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
ZIN9™ reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing or product-information errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Misuse of promotions or discount codes
- Resale activity not authorized by ZIN9™
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Pricing, Promotions and Discount Codes
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without notice.
Promotions, discount codes, ambassador codes, special offers, presales, and limited releases may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or quantity limitations.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined.
ZIN9™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse a promotion or discount in cases of error, misuse, fraud, or other circumstances reasonably determined by ZIN9™.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method available at checkout.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or assessed as applicable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our current Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ZIN9™ is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible unused products may be returned according to our current Return Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, misuse, or alteration may not qualify for a standard return.

7. Product Warranty
Certain ZIN9™ products may include a written limited warranty.
ZIN9™ paddles are currently covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and exclusions of our Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise stated by ZIN9™.

8. Intellectual Property
The ZIN9™ name, logos, trademarks, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, website design, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to ZIN9™ LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain ZIN9™ products, technologies, designs, features, names, or branding may also be protected by pending or issued patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
Nothing contained on this website grants permission to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise use ZIN9™ intellectual property without prior written authorization.
9. User Conduct
