At ZIN9™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or improper care.
To submit a warranty claim, email admin@zin9.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Our team will review your claim and provide a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
