ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow™ — First Generation
Designed for the ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow Hat. Velcro-back attachment plus built-in clamp.
The ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow™ is a removable sweat-management insert designed to help keep forehead sweat from soaking through your hat or running down your face.
The soft surface that rests against your forehead is called the FireWALL. Made with premium open-weave COOLMAX® yarn, the FireWALL helps absorb and manage moisture before it reaches the front panel of your hat.
What makes the Premium DriBrow™ different is its Velcro-back attachment, designed to connect directly to the built-in receiver inside the ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow Hat. This helps keep DriBrow™ securely positioned while allowing it to be easily removed for cleaning.
The Premium DriBrow™ also retains the built-in clamp, giving you another attachment option when used with other compatible hats.

PREMIUM VELCRO-BACK ATTACHMENT
Position the Premium DriBrow™ inside the ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow Hat and press the Velcro backing securely against the built-in receiver.
Position the FireWALL comfortably against your forehead.
The attachment helps hold DriBrow™ securely in place while allowing it to be removed when it is time for cleaning or replacement.
BUILT-IN CLAMP
The Premium DriBrow™ also includes the built-in clamp found on the Universal DriBrow™.
When using DriBrow™ in another compatible hat, open the clamp and slide it securely behind the hat's inner sweatband. This allows the Premium DriBrow™ to be used even when a built-in Velcro® receiver is not available.
Important: The Premium DriBrow™ is specifically designed to pair with the ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow Hat. For customers who do not have a Premium DriBrow Hat, the Universal DriBrow™ is the standard option.
PREMIUM OPEN-WEAVE COOLMAX® CONSTRUCTION
The DriBrow™ FireWALL is made with soft, open-weave premium COOLMAX® yarn designed for moisture management and comfort.
Because of its soft, open-weave construction, keep the FireWALL surface away from exposed Velcro®, hook-and-loop fasteners, tape, and other rough surfaces that could catch or pull the yarn.
HOW TO USE WITH THE PREMIUM DRIBROW HAT
- Position the Premium DriBrow™ inside the front of the hat.
- Press the Velcro® backing securely against the hat's built-in receiver.
- Position the FireWALL comfortably against your forehead.
- Remove DriBrow™ from the hat before cleaning.
CARE & CLEANING
Hand wash DriBrow™ separately in warm water with a small amount of mild soap. Rinse thoroughly, reshape, and lay flat to air dry completely before placing it back inside your hat.
- Hand wash only
- Air dry only
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Do not wash while attached to the hat
- Keep the FireWALL fabric away from exposed Velcro®, hook-and-loop fasteners, tape, and rough surfaces
- If light fuzzing or loose fibers occur, carefully trim them with small scissors or clippers
- Never use a lighter, flame, matches, torch, or heat to remove loose fibers
Heat can harden the material and create an uncomfortable surface against the forehead.
FIRST GENERATION
This is the original first-generation ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow™, featuring the FireWALL sweat-management surface and a Velcro®-back attachment designed specifically for the ZIN9™ Premium DriBrow Hat.
One naming point: I would use “Premium DriBrow™” consistently for this version and “Universal DriBrow™” for the other. I would not call this one “Velcro DriBrow” as the product name. The Velcro back is the feature that distinguishes Premium, not the product name itself.
